Winchester Today was proud to have been invited along to the launch of the Winchester Wine Festival, which will take place at the Guildhall from 21st – 23rd November 2014.
We sent our very own correspondent David Cradduck to talk to some of the wine aficionados who are involved in the event.
Here he is talking all things wine with wine master Susie Barrie:
In the following player is his interview with Josh Foster from Hattington Valley Wines:
The tickets include entry to the festival, unlimited wine tasting samples, a free wine glass, complimentary entry to the prize draw and access to exclusive wine discounts from participating suppliers.
Part of the ticket price will also be going to a local charity.
They will also be running masterclasses in cooking and wine tasting at an extra five pounds per session.
For those of you who are interested, there is also a list available on their website of all those who will be exhibiting their wines at the festival. Bear in mind though that this list is not exhaustive as many more are expected to sign up before the start of the event.
